1. Strengthen the movement by establishing a sustainable support system for the ASP youth leaders through regular dialogues, character and skills building activities, and fellowship.

2. Conduct monthly AYDC Virtual Meetings with ASP Youth Leaders to build & empower the core of young people and generate new ideas & strategies for succession planning at all leadership levels.

3. Establish an ASP Youth Blueprint of a Mid-Term Youth Development Plan and schedule a yearly assessment of its progress and implementation.
