Theme: Arise and Shine lights on Y's Men

Taiwan Region is honored to host this Centennial Celebration which will be carried out with the highest standards to honor the Y’s Men’s Movement. I hope the participants will feel at home.

To shine lights on Y’s Men, Taiwan Region will induct more members, extend Taiwan Region, make membership younger, serve YMCAs more enthusiastically, actively implement community services, care for the vulnerable, encourage and provide leadership to build a better world for all mankind.

Goals and Key Activities

ASF: CHF 1,600 to sponsor at least two YMCA staff’s scholarship

BE: Publish four issues of regional bulletin and four issues Chinese version of "YMI World".

BF: The contribution target is cash CHF 7,000.

CE: Try to emphasize the spirit of Christ, reading and praying in various meetings.

CS: Actively strengthen community services.

Reaching another decade in continuation of promoting region- wide “Polite manner campaign” among local schools, "Respect and concern the solitary elders" charity.

This year our key CS activity is to Rescuing Stranded Cetaceans; we will donate Rescue Pool and Filter Equipment to Ocean Rescue Association during Centennial Celebration.

EF: The contribution goal is CHF3,500.

LTOD: To hold Taiwan Regional CPE, DGE and RSD leadership training on April 2023.

IBC: Will have at least one new IBC relationship.

Membership: Charter one new club and increase 20 members, total 520 members.

RBM: The contribution goal is CHF 3,200.

TOF: The contribution goal is CHF 2,800.

YES: The contribution goal is CHF 810.

Regional Convention: 2022-2023 47th Taiwan Regional Convention will be held in central parts of Taiwan in June 2023.
