1. How to work your Theme & Slogan into your Region while making your team a difference from the past with a better accomplishment

(Asia Theme Elegantly Change with New Era - Slogan Do it now) ( Regional Theme - Moving Forward, Building Bridges)

  1. Grouping of related service activities of Regional Service Directors into one cluster or committe for easy coordination, discussion and having a common goals and objectives.
  2. Creation of 6 Clusters or Comm as follows YMI Program, Youth Empowermnet, Community Service, Membership & Extension, Public Imaging and International Service. 
  3. YMI Program Cluster (ASF, BF, ED TOF and RMB)
  4. Youth Empowerment Cluster (RYR, iGO, YIA, RYRM and Gold 2.0)
  5. Community Service (CS, GA and new RSD for Disaster and Relief and RSD for Health and Disease Preventation)
  6. Membership and Extension (EMC, CE, LTOD, PBUZZ, HIST and new RSD Event & Fellowship)
  7. Public Imaging ( BE, PR, Webmaster)
  8. International Service (IBC, TC, S and On to Taipei Centennial Celebration)
  9. the conduct of cluster meeting create better coordination, discussion, sharing and project implementation monitoring.

2. Goals and Targets for 2022/2023

  1. Go for 5-10-20 PLUS (5new clubs-10% YMI Contribution-20% Increase Memberships PLUS  5-IBC, 5 to10 delegate to IYC, 20 delagates to Centennial Celebration)
  2. Centenniel (100) Community Service YES (Youth, Environment Social Development) PLUS Health Projects
  3. Y's Connect- 100 Y's Marker (Regular Bulletin Publication, Use of Social Media, Cooperation with YMCA
  4. Centennial RD Visit to all clubs

3. Key Activities and Plans

  1. Chartering of new clubs with the target of 1 new  club every month from August to December 2022)
  2. Conduct of Regional Fellowship and the Celebration of Philippine Region Diamond (75 years) Anniversary in December 2022

4. Challenges & Topics for Discussion

  1. Divisive organization structure.
  2. Lack of unified  theme and focus service project activities.
