1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?
I would like to thank AP for giving me the opportunity to serve the Ys Men and YMCA community and represent the young people.
- I will continue to have an open communication with AP especially on the needs of the yong people nowadays
- I will continue to attend meetings, conferences, and other activities to represent the youth
- I will build a strong relationship with my fellow young people in the Area especially the RYRs that will help me to cascade the Area targets
2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately
- Attend the IYC 2022 in celebration of the 100 years of YMI
- Meet with the RYRs, and other AYRs (in the IYC)
- Increase membership of young people in Ys Men
3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?
- Area Youth Convocation (if possible, face-to-face)
- Cascade to the Area the YMI Strategy 2032 and what has transpired in the IYC 2022
4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI
As mentioned in the YMI Strategy 2032, these are the following topics we can focus on for the next 100 years of YMI:
- Community Impact
- Mean style="padding-left: 20px;"ingful Work
- Sustainable Planet
- Equitable and Just World
5. Additional Comments, if any
I would like to inform everyone that the Asia Pacific Area will have 18 delegates in the upcoming International Youth Convocation on September 4-9, 2022 at Chiang Mai, Thailand.
We have the following numbers from each region: Philippines - 8, Southeast Asia - 4, Japan East - 5, Japan West - 1. I would like to thank the AEOs, RDs for your support in this activity. Rest assured that I will report to the next ACM the IYC 2022.
