1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?

  1. I will consult with AP about countries I will work with. 
  2. I would like to help Myanmar to start new clubs as well as to support the other existing clubs to start some actions together. 

2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately

  1. The Youth Action program that was started in 2021-2022 term and would like to continue for 2023-2024. We need to evaluate the programs and the way we conducted between YMCA and Y's Men's Clubs in Japan East and Japan West . If this program will be evaluated highly, I would like to introduce it as one of the good practices of partnership with YMCAs. 
  2. Myanmar has been in political crises and has been controled by the government. We would like to suppot existing Clubs to feel meaningfulness of the Y's Men's movement in the country.

3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?

  1. In the last year, we have new clubs in Myanmar and Indonesia. We need to follow up the progress of those clubs as well as offering our hands from the neighboring countries.
  2. Regarding the Ukraine situation, if the situation is settled between Russia and Ukraine within the year, we would like to send some youth group to help the country by workcamps with the youth in the country or neighboring countries. This could be done together as the ASP Area. 

4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI

  1. We need to appeal what for we do exist as Y's Men movement in many countries.
