ACM Report for 2022-2023

Area President

1. How do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?

1. The theme and Slogan of AP 2022/23 is- 『Elegantly Change with New Era』& 『Do It Right Now』
2. Basically If there is a big growth for an organization like us, it's good to evaluate its annual growth ratio or membership number increase ?
3. In compliance to the requirement by previous and incumbent IP we are looking forward to a positive improvement for a least 10-20% up going. As only with the number growing we can get big deal of annual incomes.
4. I fully believe all Regional Directors have their intention/goals/targets plus AP'S and IP's targets for their reference , thus they can pursue and work out with their efforts to reach their accomplishments satisfactorily.
5. we will do as maximum meetings and activities to promote YMI services at all levels.

2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately

3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?

1. The IHQ has declared a 10 years plan of 『2032 Strategy 』for the policy and guidance, we can base on it for our movement.
2. To enhance our Brand New and Logo through various planning community activities to improve our influence on the community and to the public.
3. to promote IBC ties in the Areas and between regions to different regions for fellowship.
4. To support IYC events in Sept. 04-09 in Chiangmai with subsidy for leadership training. And I have assigned APE Keiko Tonegawa San on be half AP Charming and ASP Area to attend the IYC in Chingmai.
5. To encourage RDs to challenge their goals and targets and exchanging mutual communications.
6. I will make my first visit to Philippine Region on Sept 09,2022 for meeting with local leaders and prepare an IBC building in between RAHA Club and Taipei Downtown Club.

4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI

1. 100 Years Centennial Celebrationon November 15-17, 2022 in Taipei, Taiwan, with two months remaining please make your own registration as soon and as fast as possible , the Host Committee prepare many valuable programs not only for entertainment but also for extrem fellowship of YMI families.
2. The prevailing pandemic Omicron, can be faded away soon so as people can travel easily abroad for attending 100 years celebration with worldwide friends in Taiwan.
3. Hopefully, for 2022/23 we can have more opportunities to meet each other physically.

5. Additional Comments, if any

1. To break through the existing YMI membership quantity up to 30,000 members is our major priority.
2. To promote HARMONY as a priority and foster new leadership for next 100 years.
3. For next new era, we need new leaders, new projects, new concepts, new programs, new innovations.
4. RESPECT and LOVE, for each of you, hope that all are healthy and stay safe. Good Health to you and family and certainly even for YMI, this is the ONLY.
