- Increase awareness and understanding of TOF and HTW in the Area.
- Promote greater TOF contributions in each Region than in the last year.
- Encourage more TOF project applications to be made from within the Area.
- Support APs for non-TOF-related issues as well.

- 1st semester: Multiple TOF project applications from within the Area
- 2nd semester: All Regions to achieve their target of the contributions

4. Challenges and Topics for the next 100 years YMI
- For our movement to survive, each club needs to become more active in community and YMCA service and improve the quality of the organisation. Membership growth, a quantitative challenge, can be achieved naturally and incidentally.
