1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?
I thank AP for appointing me as ASD LTOD for the Y's year 2022/23. As per AP's instructions, I will do my best.
- Had a discussion with AP & AS regarding the LTOD work & training schedule which should include this year's programme so that they could finalize it with the AEOs.
2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately
As the first step, an introductory session to familiarize the job assigned to each ASD was held on July 30.
- ASDs were asked to hold training sessions for RDs & RSDs to work on their subject areas.
The role & responsibility of the ASD was highlighted. Explained the Service directors Manual through power point presentation.
The importance of achieving Goals & Targets, the reporting system, and sending timely progress reports to AP & ISDs were highlighted.
ASDs to keep in touch with the RSDs through RDs frequently.
3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?
I hope to have the second gathering on zoom to discuss their progress in the next 3 months and will get the AEOs for a date for this.
