1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?
- In the desire to achieve my work for our ASP History in this term, I seek and welcome contributions from all AEOs, ASDs & RDs and RSDs in the Area,
- I have emailed our AP Charming (copied AEOs) for his goal as to how he expects my work be achieved/improved.
- I have also communicated with all the ASP ASDs and RDs (for their RSDsname & contacts) for their contributions (accomplishments)
- I requested the help/support of ISD Historian Debbie Redomnd & PAP David Lua, in achieveing AP Charming's planned goal for ASP Area History in this Centennial year.
2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately
My schedules for materials submission from all contributors must be - within 2 weeks of the designated dates:
- First Semester - 30 November 2022
- Second Semester - 31 May 2023
- Materials I need to update the Area History from all contributors are on:
- Events
- ACM Resolutions/Decisions
- Significant ASP Area Centennial Projects, celebration, activities and events
- Colored photos relevant to those activities
- Emailed to EXPECTED SUPPORT/CONTRIBUTORS: ASP Area Service Directors, Area Executive Officers and ISD Historian Debbie Redmond
- Other significant actions to the ASP Area during this period
- emailed all RDs – asking for each of their RSD Historian's name & email address
- quarterly updates on their Regions significant events and projects to be recorded as part of their Region’s History
3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?
I am hopeful that the Area Officers and Area Team recognize the difficulty in updating History without inputs or data to fill in.
I am therefore seeking help to receive information and data (events, projects & other activities) with colored photos for inclusion in our 2022/2023 addition to the History eBOOK.
4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI
Unless an efective mechanism is or has already been installed or its significance is truly appreciated, History needs to be given importance and attention; so that the next Area Historian become more effective and accurate in his/her updating. Support by the timely submission of data/materials is highly requested/recommended.
