Global Opportunities for Leadership Development 2.0

1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?

GOLD 2.0 is the first leadership development strategy that will pave the way for fundamental leadership skills to be passed on to our emerging leaders. 

  1. Establish good working relationships with RDs & RSDs for GOLD 2.0 and support them to strategize & identify priority areas for implementation in their respective regions. 
  2. Identify GOLD 2.0 Core Group per region, led by the RD/RSDs and composed of at least ten (10) volunteer-facilitators/trainers.
  3. Launch the recruitment, screening, selection and training of volunteer-facilitators to help the RSDs per region and equip them to organize, mobilize and implement GOLD Training programs. 
  4. Through the RDs and RSDs, be able to integrate GOLD Program with existing regional leadership training schedules, to maximize time and opportunity.
  5. Effectively design a Mid-Term ASP GOLD 2.0 Blueprint, with strategies and plan of action for the regions to implement and guide them as we raise a steady stream of leaders.

2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately

      Strategy:  ATTRACT. EMPOWER. SUSTAIN.

  1. First Half Semester: Initiate and setup strong communication channels with RDs & RSDs; Train & prepare the Core Group and facilitators/trainers per region; 
  2. Second Half Semester: Full roll-out of GOLD 2.0 Trainings in different regions.

3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?

  1. Timeframe: Sept-Nov 2022, Identify & train GOLD Core Group & Facilitators
  2. Timeframe: Dec 2022, Assessment and Calibrating of Roll Out Strategies
  3. Timeframe: Jan 2023 onwards, Full Roll Out of GOLD 2.0 Program in all regions, with regular monthly assessment of progress & challenges

4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI

  1. Initiate Succession Planning strategies for next 100 years YMI.
  2. How to identify high potential leaders per region and engage them for leadership
  3. Mobilize sustainable global support for leadership development programs for high potential leaders
