1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?
To strengthen communication at all levels of YMI, especially AEOs, ASDs, RDs and RSDs.
To share the "Strategy 2032".
2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately
First half: To share information about EF (contribution status, usage status, et.) to deepen understandings, especially with RDs and RSDs.
Second half: To meet the monetary target set by AP, CHF13,000.
3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?
Guidance on the importance and necessity of the EF, as well as provision of clear explanation about its usage.
4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI
5. Additional Comments, if any
The more detailed explanation of the use of the EF than is provided in the minutes of ICM/MCM and/or Annual Report would be appreciated for our better understanding.
