1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?
Planned a EMC Training Session for RDs and RSDs in Mid-September in the month of EMC Emphasis.
Promoted EMC in the 1st Issue of Area Bulletin.
Regularly meet with RDs to review the progress of EMC.
2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately
| 1st quarter : | EMC Training Session; Collection of RD's goal plan on EMC |
- An Introduction / Orientation Programme has been offered to potential new clubs in Myanmar : YMC Laoshio on Jun 30, 2022 & YMC Taunggyi Club on Aug 3, 2022. | |
- As a EMC, I personally initiate a new club and a new youth club in Hong Kong which is scheduled to charter before November 2022. | |
| 2nd quarter : | Meet or liaise with RDs individually to understand the progress the EMC and difficulties; Offer EMC Training. |
| 3rd quarter : | Expect a few new clubs charter and review the membership. |
| 4th quarter : | Offer help for Extension. |
3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?
- Establish an Extension Team which involve experienced Area leaders in EMC, ASD-YL, ASD-YES which offer Extension Training to Regions.
- Establish an Extension Award for Personal/Club/District/Region for 2022- 2023 and in the long run for recognizing the achievement in EMC.
- Establish an award for recognizing those non good standing club progress to good standing club.
