ACM Report for 2022-2023

Bulletin Editor

Report Date: 19 Aug 2022
Paul Lim, ASD-BE of Asia Pacific Area 2022-2023

1. You are the best and recommended as ASD; how do you work with AP for a better achievement of ASP Area targets?

Our ASD-BE Team will work hand-in-hand with the Area President, help in disseminating information from AP reaching all the regions under the Area with the publication of Area bulletin every 2 months.

2. Your Goals and Targets in the first and second half semesters separately

As this will be a continuous bulletin publication, we have to come up with innovative ways to earn the attention of more readers and for them to have positive look at the work of the Area.

3. The constructively helpful activities/projects for AREA to consider?

Being a member of the new International Communication Impact Team representing ASP Area, I would like to request the area leaders to encourage all regions’ members to share their own impactful story or any Y’s Man they knew that changed his/her life after joining and being a Y’s Man. The presentation can either be in PowerPoint, video or storytelling with a maximum of 5 minutes. This can be a club, district, region or area project. There’s no limit for sending in your entries. Our team will be meeting monthly to select entries from each Area of YMI.

4. Challenges and Topics for next 100 years YMI

IBC and EMC. IBC for more projects between Y’s Men’s Clubs collaboration. EMC for clubs’ stabilization & membership growth.

5. Additional Comments, if any

The Area BE Team will be continuously soliciting articles or write ups from members and leaders of ASP. Your comments and suggestions are welcome.
