ACM Report for 2021-2022

Area Treasurer

1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

I make an effort to do budget execution to compare with the actual of 2020-21 by the support of IPAT James Kong.

I make sure the budget execution of income and expenditure accurately every month.

I report them to AP Ohno promptly. If we have any problem,we solve them immediately. 

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

Budget Goal Achievement

INCOME: US$38,835.

OPPERATING EXPENDITURE: US$23,700.

ACCUMULATED SURPLUS B/F: US$59,866.

3. Key Activities 2021-22

I receive the latest accounting report from each RD before ACM and report them.

4.Challenges

I  suggest the good idea of meeting and consultation by website under Covid-19 situation.
