1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

  1. Three-monthly news

  2. Exchange of social friends in every club  for matain and expand

  3. Show Y's Men and Show Younger  (let younger see the Y's Men and Let Y's Men More Young)

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

  1. Youth club or school club established in YMCA

  2. ASF: CHF 1,600 to sponsor at least two YMCA staff’s scholarship

  3. BE: Publish four issues of regional bulletin and four issues Chinese version of "YMI World".

  4. BF: The contribution target is cash CHF 7,000.

  5. CS: Actively strengthen community services, “Polite manner campaign”, "Respect and concern the elder people".

  6. EF: The contribution goal is CHF3,500

  7. LTOD : To hold Taiwan Regional CPE, DGE and RSD leadership training on April 2022.

  8. Membership: to increase 20 members.

  9. PWA Legacy: We will contribute USD13,880 by 2022 (to meet the resolution of 2019 ACM)

  10. RBM: The contribution goal is CHF 3,200.

  11. TOF: The contribution goal is CHF 2,800.

  12. YES: The contribution goal is CHF 810.

  13. WEB: We have facilitated a homepage at https://www.ysmen.org.tw

3. Key Activities 2021-22

  1. Just do the right thing, let more people know about us Y's Men, and YMCA youth services, through CS activities, such as the three-on-three youth anti-drug basketball game held and co-organized with other organizations, through news media reports, Facebook messaging, event clocking, promotion and introduction of Y's Men 

  2. On Facebook and any social platform Promo the Y's MEN and CS activities and more activities 

  3. The support and service of the marathon of the clubs to show the youth and Y's Men 

4. Challenges

The uncertainty of the epidemic affects the activities of Clubs.

5. Date of Regional Convention

It will be hold on 4th-5th June 2022 in Keelung,Taiwan.
