1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

Preamble

As I reflect on the Term 2020-21 and the Theme "Make A Difference", I am satisfied that the Area Team and our members have lived up to it.  We have inspired one another to achieve and left a legacy for the years ahead.  A good foundation was laid with the review of various aspects of the Area and Committees were established for a three-year term for continuity to strengthen the Area and attract young volunteers into the Movement.  It is only appropriate for me to record a vote of thanks and my appreciation to all in the Team who have contributed to the success. We have recognized those who have done exceedingly well with certificates of commendation which they well deserve.

I hope that the new Team under the leadership of AP Ohno Ben will continue to build upon the foundations that have been laid to achieve his theme, "Make A Difference Beyond a 100th"
