1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

In 2022, YMI will celebrate its 100th anniversary.  

  1. Preparing for celebration at club or district level
  2. Focusing on membership growth to strengthen each club

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

  1. To increase membership to 300 members
  2. To establish 2 new clubs

3. Key Activities 2021-22

  1. To hold EMC Symposium in each club during the first semester
  2. To conduct Orientation for new members in each club
  3. To deepen the understanding of YMCA service and Youth programs and to strengthen the Partnership between the two sides to contribute to the local community
  4. To prepare for celebrating YMI's 100th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of East-West Japan region that will be held on Feb.4-5 2023, in Kobe
  5. To proceed 'Hair Donation' project conducted by Menette. This's for children who are suffering from hair problems such as cancer treatment, alopecia, and hair loss.

4. Challenges

We set a goal of 2,022 members in 2022, and work hard to challenge the future.

There will be a new wind blowing across the region.

 

5. Date of Regional Convention

Regional Convention will be held on Jun.11 -12 in Okayama.

Kyoto Tops club will host and Okayama club will cooperate the RC.
