1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

Increase youth membership and participation to the Y's Men's Club 

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

  1. Engage and attract more young people to join the Y's Men's Club 
  2. Create opportunities for young people to serve the YMCA and its surrounding community
  3. Conduct activities for young people to address the challenges and realities that the young people most comnmonly faced (especially in this time of pandemic)
  4. Build strong partnership and communication with the respective Region's Youth Representative in the Asia Pacific Area

3. Key Activities 2021-22

  1.  Meet with the Region's Youth Representative in the Asia Pacific Area (periodically)
  2.  Fellowship Night for all the young people in the Asia Pacific Area (virtually - due to pandemic)
  3.  Conduct of webinars for young people (skill based, leadership, personal, and professional development)

4. Challenges

Due to the pandemic situation, it is not possible for the young people to meet and interact physically (in which most young people would like to meet physically), this could possibly lessen the engagement of young people. But with the conduct of youthful activities and more interaction with them (virtually), this could be addressed.
