Y’s Extension Support Program

1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

  1.  Under the condition that the Covid-19 pandemic is prevalent, many of the club are struggling to carry out its activities.  However, this year, which is the second year since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we would like to consider and introduce a new method, establish a new club, and create a movement to acquire new members.

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

  1.  Getting to know YES.
  2.  Actively utilize the YES Fund to support the establishment of new clubs in Southeast Asia.
  3.  Start of support for increasing club members under Covid-19 pandemic.

3. Key Activities 2021-22

  1.  To work with ISD-Ext and RD/RDE/RSD of each Region to encourage and assist.

4. Challenges

  1.  Travel restrictions due to continuation of the Covid-19 pandemic.
  2.  The economic situation of the target country is bad.
  3.  The Covid-19 pandemic is deteriorating the financial situation in the business or employment of existing club members.

5. Medium Term Goals/Plans (Next five years 2020-2025)

  1.  To assist local Clubs to extend new Clubs in locations which are in close proximity to have community service so that members don't have to travel far.
  2.  Clubs & Districts to recommend their friends and families who are overseas to join a Club or form a new Club in the city they reside in.
