1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

     Preamble:  Training should involve impartation of information, knowledge and skills (know-how).  It should encourage, inspire and motivate leaders to become more capable, effective and stronger to lead with         vision, mission and purpose to achieve results.  In the process to develop more new and younger leaders who see the current leaders as role models. 

     * ASD-LTOD will play a more co-ordinating and facilitating role, working with AP, RDs, RDEs and ASDs to roll out specific training topics in a more effective way and develop better leaders who are confident,                  team players and humble in service.      

2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22

     1.  Enhance Training of RDs and prepare RDEs for the next Term, to work closely in the YMI Troika System.

     2.  Training on all Portfolios, in collaboration with AP, RDs and ASDs.

3. Key Activities 2021-22  

     Sep. 4, 2021     - Workshop:  EMC - PR - IBC - S

     Nov. 13, 2021   - Workshop:  CS - TOF - RBM - BE

     Dec. 4, 2021      - Workshop:  CE - ASF - BF - EF

     Dec. 11 2021    -  Workshop:  STEP - iGO - YIA - HI

     Jan. 2022   -  RDE & ASDE Training

     Feb. 2022  -  EMC (Booster) & GOLD

4. Challenges

  1.  Suitability of dates
  2.  Ability to work together

       To require RDEs to submit list of their RSDs by Jan. 2022
