1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22
- Having a fun and exciting club life through IBC activities is the foundation of all our service activities and can be the driving force for our development.
- Even in the midst of the COVID-19 disaster, IBCs have been able to use Zoom to interact, encourage and work together.
- Zoom has also made it much easier to meet to form new IBCs than it was before the COVID-19 disaster.
2. Goals and Key Targets 2021-22
- At least one new IBC in each Region.
- To fulfil the following outstanding IBC conclusion requests.
- Toledo Central (USA) ---> Osaka (Japan West)
- Kyoto (Japan East) ---> Taiwan
- Island East (HK, SEA) ---> Japan
- Mettupalayam (India) West ---> SEA
- Accra (Ghana, Africa) ---> SEA
- New Territories West (HK, SEA) ---> Seoul, Korea
3. Key Activities 2021-22
- To guide and support to realize the goals above.
- To encourage the signing ceremonies to use Zoom to allow observers.
4. Challenges
- There existed a language barrier in IBC, but this has been overcome by Zoom's function of interpretation booth.
5. Additional Comments, if any
- On 1 July 2021, IBC between GCT Youth Coimbatore (South India) and Raha Paranague (Philippine) was concluded.
