1. Your expectations to make a difference during the term 2021-22

- To meet the monetary goals set by the AP.

- To strengthen the relationship between Y's Men's Club and the YMCA.

- Communication and support for the YMCA.

- To strengthen communication at all levels of YMI, especially AEO, ASD, RDs, and RSDs.  

- To share information about ASF (contribution status, usage status, et.) to deepen understandings.

4. Challenges

- To achieve the goals.

- Guidance on the importance and necessity of ASF.

5. Additional Comments, if any

- As to the support for the YMCA, in addition to the ASF contribution of the region, clubs offen support the local YMCA with their own money or activities.   

= Information=

- IHQ will pay USD10,000 from the international ASF account to support the collective meeting of YMCA National General Secretaries (NGS') in Geneva in October.
